As a mother, wife, business woman, daughter, sister and friend, I have caused myself to feel stressed and overwhelmed with other people's demands and problems. Today, I realized that is was time to say NO and that saying NO is okay. People that love and respect me would have to accept and understand. As a spiritual person, I truly believe God allows circumstances in our lives to force us to realize that is time to SLOW down. Today was my true awakening or Aha moment. We are magnificent creations of God. He has given us so many talents, skills, gifts so that we can bring value to others but not at the cost of our health and sanity! Let's learn to prioritize our priorities. I hope that makes sense!
How do you manage all your "hats"? Is saying NO hard? What tips and words of encouragement can you share?
