Maybe you tell yourself you'll be happy when you can wear a size 10. Maybe you'll be happy when you make just a little more money. Or, when you find your life partner. You might not come right out and tell yourself that your happiness is dependent upon these things, but deep down you know it's true.

How you act after you fall determines your fate. Sooner or later you will eat something you feel is "wrong."
