Lights On or Lights Off?

I had a recent conversation with some women and we were discussing who was a 'lights on' and a 'lights off' woman~! It got me thinking why do most women want to hide their beauty with the lights off and others are comfortable with the lights on. Is it the fact that 66% percent of Americans are overweight? Empty Nest is Not So Empty

Last night 5 mom's were on their way to see a Collective Soul concert. YES, moms can still rock! Most of these moms were about to experience the empty nest as kids go off to college. All of them have prepared themselves by slowly creating a life beyond the kids. Each found a hobby or career that has them excited and ready for the next stage of life----The Empty Nest. One year ago my dear friend was having chemotherapy. Yesterday was the New York City Half Marathon. One year ago she had to tell her kids she had cancer. Inspiration With Memories, Shared by, Miriam Cash

Upon returning from vacation in a very different part of the country than we live, I find myself having difficulty with re-entry. We had a very therapeutic and relaxing visit to the mountains of Vermont and oh, how I didn't want to return to the hustle bustle of life in a hurry.
