Momma’s are the world’s best jugglers: family, work, money—they seem to do it all. Us Mommas need to remember we do not have super hero powers and we do need a break from time to time.

How do you balance a life between your needs and the needs of others? Imagine juggling balls up in the air. Some balls are more fragile then others like your health, family and friends. It is a balancing act and its helpful to decide what your needs are first. Make a mental note of what you want right now. Once you do that you can figure out how to organize your time without guilt or blame.
