Lose Weight During the Holidays-- YES!

I have to share why I love Shakeology! It is life changing when it comes to weight loss and nutrition. I am in awe daily all the thank you notes and texts I get from people about how much energy they have now by using a shake a day.

It is crazy but, you can wake up on Jnauary 1st and feel fit and healthy! Imagine your clothes fitting better and you actually don't start the New Year feeling guilty!

thanksgiving is not just about the turkey.....

. As a teacher, I know the value of the teachable moment. I was just discussing this with some colleagues this week. We have new administration who does not necessarily share the value of the

teachable moment. I think there is nothing like using a spilt moment

to teach a child something else related to your main life lesson. This
